Healthy food is for everybody

The Table and Good Food Bank are closed for the holidays December 23 to January 1st. We will reopen with our regular schedule on January 2nd.


The Good Food Bank focuses on providing fresh whole healthy food options in a warm and friendly environment. Community members in need may take home an emergency 3-5 day supply of fresh fruits, vegetables and pantry staples once per month.

Please note:  changes to the Good Food Bank  program due to the COVID19 pandemic

  • All delivery and pick up orders must be pre-ordered
  • All orders must be placed the day before for next access day delivery or pick up.
  • Full shops and Top-ups are available for delivery and pick up
  • All orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will be delivered or available for pick up on Friday.
  • All orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered or available for pick up on Tuesday.

In Person Shopping by Appointment

Monday 12 pm to 4 pm. 

Delivery hours:

Tuesday 10 am -2 pm

Friday 11 am -3 pm

* you must be available to receive your order during the entire delivery window.

Pick up hours :

Tuesday 11 am -2:30 pm

Wednesday 2:30 pm-5 pm

Friday 1 pm -4 pm

* Please provide a preferred pick-up time when placing your order.

How to place an order

Call 613.267.6428 ext 102 to arrange your shop, delivery or a pre-order pick up:  leave your name and contact info: phone number, text or email and if it is a delivery or pick up.

If you are placing a pre-order pick up please include the time you will be picking up your order.  Example: between 2-3 pm. Pick up orders can NOT be picked up on the day of ordering

Participants will receive a confirmation call/ email or text the morning of their delivery or pick up. If you do not receive a call/email you will not receive an order.

What to expect when receiving a delivery:

Your delivery will arrive and be left on your doorstep. The delivery driver will ring your doorbell or knock letting you know it has arrived.

For safety reasons please wait until the driver has left to retrieve your Good Food Bank order.

Drivers can not bring orders into your home

What to expect when picking up

Please arrive at the back door of the Table CFC during your pick-up time, ring the doorbell to the right of the doors and someone will help you with your order pick up

If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery please call the Good Food Bank promptly, we will do our best to address your concerns.

We are here to help!  But sometimes, we receive more orders than we can fill, and we can not guarantee to have your order ready within 24 hours.  If you need a specific day, you can book your order up to 1 week in advance.  Many thanks for your understanding!!
