What you need to access the Good Food Bank

We understand how difficult everything can become when you don't have enough to eat. At the Good Food Bank we make it easy for you to receive a 3-5 day supply of fresh food and staples every month. Here's what you'll need to bring in with you:

  • Photo identification for yourself and all adults in your home.
  • A piece of mail with your name and address on it.

How it Works

Please choose the method which best suits you to access the Good Food Bank. 

How to place an order:

Option # 1 :Online

 Go to the online order form and fill in the requested information. We will contact you for available pick up or delivery times. This service allows you to choose the specific groceries you will receive. 

Option # 2: Call in

 Call 613.267.6428 ext 102 to request a delivery or a pre-order pick up: leave your name and contact info: phone number, text or email and if it is a delivery or pick up.  If you are placing a pre-order pick up please include the time you will be picking up your order.  Example: between 2-3 pm. Pick up orders can NOT be picked up on the day of ordering   Participants will receive a reminder call/ email or text the morning of their delivery or pick up. If you do not already have an account, one will be opened for you at this time. If you do not receive a call/email you will not receive an order.  All orders must be placed the day before for next access day delivery or pick up.  Full shops and Top-ups are available for delivery and pick up All orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will be delivered or available for pick up on Friday. All orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered or available for pick up on Monday. Delivery hours: Monday 10 am- 12 pmTuesday 10 am -2 pmWednesday 2 pm-4 pmFriday 12 pm -2 pm* you must be available to receive your order during the entire delivery window. Pick up hours:Monday 11 am- 4:30 pmTuesday 10 am -3 pmWednesday 2:30 pm-5:30pmFriday 11 am -4 pm* Please provide a pick-up time when placing your order. 

What to expect when receiving a delivery:

If you are requesting a delivery order:Your delivery will arrive and be left on your doorstep. The delivery driver will ring your doorbell or knock letting you know it has arrived. For safety reasons please wait until the driver has left to retrieve your Good Food Bank order. Drivers can not bring orders into your home What to expect when picking up If you are requesting a pickup order Please arrive at the back door of the Table CFC during your pick-up time, ring the doorbell to the right of the doors and someone will help you with your order pick up If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery please call the Good Food Bank promptly, we will do our best to address your concerns.
