Community Navigators

Our Community Navigators or "Navs" are available to offer resources, referrals, and support on a wide array of issues including:

•  seeking assistance with utility bills

• replacing ID

• filling out paperwork 

• connecting with services in the County

• having a helpful conversation about whatever situation you find yourself in.

• ​

We work with you to help you get to where you want to be. No matter what, you are the one in the “driver’s seat”.

The Navigators are available Monday, Wednesday & Friday 2pm-5pm.
