The Good Food Bank

We understand how difficult everything can become when you don't have enough nourishing food. At the Good Food Bank we do our best to make it easy for you to access food for yourself and or your family. We offer fresh fruits, veggies, frozen meat, and pantry staples in a friendly, no-judgement space.

Each month, registered participants are supported with the following, based on household size:

  • One full shop (2-4 days of groceries)

  • One top-up shop (extra produce, bakery, and assorted goods)

  • We offer scheduled shopping, drop-in shopping, and a small number of home delivery orders every week.

  • We serve Perth, Port Elmsley, Rideau Ferry, Glen Tay, Stanleyville, Brooke Valley, Maberly, and nearby areas.

Please note:
As of January 5th, 2026, we have extended our services to more in-store shopping opportunities.
